Mérida Guitars brings over two decades of acoustic guitar-making experience to the UK, combining traditional craftsmanship with a highly controlled, modern manufacturing process. From carefully selected tonewoods to precision machining, acoustic grading and hand-finished detailing, every stage is designed to deliver consistency, stability and musical performance. In the Astor, an Orchestra body shape is combined with a solid spruce top, flamed mahogany veneer, flamed mahogany back and sides, and a flamed okoume neck.The result is a model with a warm visual character in a more compact format.
